All
you need to do is tell Gem Recovery where you are, the position
of where your car is located or number and a few local landmarks
will help. With that information Gem can then pinpoint your
breakdown to its precise position on a map which displays
the nearest authorised garages. If the nearest garage cannot
provide roadside assistance within a very short time, the
next one on the list will be alerted and so on until they
can arrange suitable help.
Pay
and reclaim
If you prefer, you can make your own roadside assistance and
recovery arrangements. Either way, when the job is done you
simply pay the attending garage and they will refund the labour
cost of roadside assistance or recovery, usually by return
of post.
Motorists

If, for any reason, you feel particularly vulnerable (female
drivers), Gem recovery operators will follow your case through
with extra special care until they are quite satisfied that
